Donating from your Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) is a smart and impactful way to give to Hearts & Homes for Refugees. DAFs allow you to streamline your giving, avoid capital gains taxes, and strategically plan your charitable giving, granting you the opportunity to wait for your investments to grow before making larger gifts to your favorite causes..

To donate by check, please make it out to “Hearts & Homes for Refugees” and mail to P.O. Box 8558, Pelham, NY 10803. If your gift is in honor or in memory of someone, after you have made your contribution, please send an email to hello@heartsandhomesforrefugees.org, and we will be happy to either send an email to the person, or email you a card that you can print for the recipient.

Donate Your Car to Support Refugees
If you are planning to retire an old car, you can donate it to help support Hearts & Homes for Refugees. Like a financial contribution, the value of your vehicle is tax-deductible! See CARS for more information.
We also welcome the donation of cars in good working condition. From time to time, Hearts & Homes will match these donations to refugee families who are ready to take on the responsibility of a car.
